NASA has selected Honeywell Technology Solutions, Inc. of Columbia, Maryland, to provide safety and mission assurance, audits and assessments support services for the agency’s Safety Center in Cleveland.
This cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract has an initial value of $31 million with a maximum ordering value of $54.5 million. Full contract performance will commence July 1 and includes a three-year base period and one two-year option period.
The contractor will perform a broad range of services supporting four functional areas, including: agency and center audits, assessments and analyses; quality engineering and assurance; information system support; institutional safety assessments and hazard analysis; system safety and maintainability analysis; risk analysis and management; software safety and assurance; training and outreach; and program support. The services will be provided at the Safety Center, NASA’s Headquarters in Washington, and other agency locations.
